What sizes do you offer?
Most of our pieces are available in sizes XS to XL, while some styles come in S to L only. We recommend checking our size charts for exact measurements to find your best fit.
How do I find my size?
You can check our size guide on Instagram highlight under "SIZE CHART" for detailed measurements. For men’s pieces, note that the fit is slightly oversized—we still recommend following the chart for accuracy.
How are items packed and protected?
Your clothes are thoughtfully packed in repurposed fabric that can be reused for personal use and/or placed in a paper bag and secured inside a mailer. This helps minimize waste while keeping your items safe. Each order also comes with plantable hangtags that you can cut into pieces and plant in soil to grow! 🌱
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship nationwide / internationally?
Yes, we ship nationwide across the Philippines. For international shipping, we offer flexible arrangements—either we’ll reach out to you directly or you can contact us to arrange the best option that works for you!.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya and other online bank transfers.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn items within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that items with damage, stains, or signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
